Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join on a part-time W2 basis. This fully remote, 3-month engagement will own full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions—brand marketing, product, finance, and operations—while supporting production and manufacturing hiring as needed.

You will partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor in a fast-moving environment, delivering strong candidate experiences from first touchpoint to start date.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; consumer goods or manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
• Greenhouse ATS experience required.
• Ability to recruit across diverse functions — from corporate roles to production and manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Available to work 20–30 hours per week with flexibility depending on business needs; PST hours.

• Support the broader TA team with sourcing and pipeline building as needed.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint through start date.

TalentoHC has partnered with a fast-growing personal care brand - part of a large consumer goods portfolio - seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team on a part-time W2 basis. This is a fully remote, 3-month engagement with the opportunity to extend. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of corporate functions - brand marketing, product, finance, and

operations - while also supporting production and manufacturing hiring where needed. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, navigating multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment and delivering a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint through start date. This is a great fit for a recruiter who is organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move quickly across a diverse req load without sacrificing quality.
