Job summary

Hurley & Associates seeks a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting across the organization, building strong talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers. You will engage active and passive candidates, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews to fill critical roles.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive sourcing, and collaboration with our Branding & Promotions team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience recruiting professional or white-collar positions.
• Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines through digital sourcing methods.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from job requisition through accepted offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired candidate qualifications.
• Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, difficult-to-fill, and future positions.
• Maintain relationships with prospective candidates even when an immediate opportunity is not available.
• Represent Hurley & Associates at career fairs, recruiting events, and professional networking opportunities as needed.
