Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• ATS experience; Zoho Recruit preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to translate technical role requirements into search strategies.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zoho Recruit, referrals, industry networks, and other approved channels.
• Build targeted searches by company, position, geography, and industry background.
• Run candidate outreach and follow-up campaigns to engage both passive and active candidates.
• Prescreen candidates against defined role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Assess experience and alignment, including compensation expectations, availability, motivation, and location or travel requirements.
• Submit concise, qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
• Maintain accurate ATS records in Zoho Recruit, including stages, notes, ownership, and next actions.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and recruiting funnel performance, and recommend solutions when obstacles appear.
• Partner with the HR/TA Manager and company leadership while maintaining accountability for recruiting outcomes.
