Job summary

Hurley & Associates is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on building strong relationships and proactively sourcing talent. You will lead recruiting efforts across the organization, engaging active and passive candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to shape the candidate pipeline.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling (about 20–25 hours/week) and collaboration with leadership and our Branding & Promotions team to position Hurley & Associates as an employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business, marketing, or related field.
• At least three years recruiting professional/white-collar roles.
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting from requisition through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
• Proactively identify passive candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Maintain relationships with candidates beyond openings.
• Promote Hurley & Associates as an employer of choice.
• Maintain candidate data in ADP and recruiting platforms.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and pipelines.
