Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to join our flexible, contract team. Work is on-site at varied project sites across Arizona, with pay from $35 per inspection and the ability to choose inspections as they become available.

As a part-time inspector, you’ll visit sites, capture photos of property progress, and submit them via our mobile app. This role is ideal for retirees, students, or anyone seeking supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice and turn time around inspections.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone/Android) required; devices no older than 5 years.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• PPE: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via smartphone app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required, just photo documentation.
