Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to join our flexible, part‑time team. Work varies by project with pay from $35 per inspection and 1099 contract terms.

You’ll visit residential sites, capture interior and exterior photos, and upload them via our mobile app; no report writing required. Minnesota opportunities and expansion across regions welcome applicants who can travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with the Pruvan app; devices no older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Inspections completed within 24-48 hours of assignment.
