Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector for flexible, part-time work on a 1099 contract. You will visit residential sites, capture interior and exterior photos, and submit them via our mobile app to support lender progress checks.

You’ll work independently with a 24–48 hour turnaround on inspections, require reliable transportation and a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app, and have some knowledge of residential construction. PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule: Inspections are assigned as needed with short notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Devices must be no older than 5 years to ensure app compatibility.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties for on-site progress documentation.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
