Job summary

NWM Risk Management is hiring Residential Construction Inspectors on a flexible 1099 contract basis. You will visit sites, photograph progress, and submit photos via our mobile app. Pay is from $35 per inspection with direct deposit or check after approval.

We invite applicants nationwide as we expand in Arizona; our Portland-based team compiles these into reports for lenders. You can choose your own hours and work independently.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to accommodate inspections as assigned.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various sites.
• Smartphone/tablet use with the Pruvan app for photo submission.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned via the mobile app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Complete inspections within 24-48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required; focus on photo documentation.
