Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to visit various residential sites, document progress with photos, and submit them via our mobile app. This part-time, flexible role offers per-inspection pay and the ability to set your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have basic construction knowledge, reliable transportation, and a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app. Training and equipment provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with ability to accept inspections as they become available.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the mobile app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
