NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors for flexible, part-time work across Arizona and nearby regions. You’ll use a smartphone app to photograph construction progress, submit photos, and coordinate scheduling with the team.

This role is ideal for retirees, students, or anyone seeking extra income while staying active. You will inspect various residential sites, work at your own pace, and receive payments per inspection via direct deposit or check.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with short-notice inspections.
• Reliable transportation to multiple sites.
• Smartphone or tablet skills for photo capture via the app.
• Basic familiarity with residential construction is a plus.
• Ability to use PPE gear as required on sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (homes, townhomes, apartments).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the mobile app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team through the app.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections complete within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing required; focus on photo documentation.
