Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors to visit various residential sites and document progress with photos using our mobile app. This role offers flexible, independent work with pay per inspection, ideal for part-time arrangements or supplemental income.

You will travel to assigned sites, capture images that reflect on-site progress, and submit photos to the report team. A reliable vehicle and a smartphone/tablet are required to participate.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; inspections are assigned as needed with notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Device required: smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android).
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the company app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24-48 hours of assignment.
