NWM Risk Management seeks flexible part-time inspectors to visit residential construction sites, take interior and exterior photos, and submit them via the Pruvan app for reports to lenders.

You choose hours, travel to sites with reliable transportation, and complete inspections within 24–48 hours of assignment; no report writing required, only photo documentation. This 1099 contract role offers per-inspection pay and expanding opportunities in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hour notice.
• Reliable transportation to sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with Pruvan app; devices no older than 5 years.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the app to show progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
