Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to join our network of on-site inspectors. You will visit residential construction sites, photograph progress with a smartphone app, and submit images to our reporting team.

This 1099 contract role offers flexible hours and independent work across Minnesota. Applicants should have reliable transportation, access to a smartphone, and basic knowledge of residential construction.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours’ notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) with Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through our smartphone app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
