Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our donor-focused team. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and monitor donor safety during donations.

This role emphasizes flexibility, with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, evenings/weekends/holidays as needed. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to a reliable donor experience and efficient center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor flow.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment.
• Monitor donors during donation and handle donor reactions.
• Record donor data in the DIS accurately.
• Assist with center operations and process improvements.
