BioLife is partnering with Takeda to offer a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role. Most shifts are 4-6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. You will receive paid, interactive training.

You will greet donors, screen donations, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and help maintain accurate records. This entry-level-friendly position emphasizes customer service in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting within a BioLife

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest process changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
