Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong verbal English communication.
• Courteous, patient and solution-focused service.
• Basic math and computer skills; POS/reservation software training provided.
• Attention to detail handling guest information and payments.
• Tact and discretion handling sensitive situations and complaints.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work part-time evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at arrival and departure with professional service.
• Manage check-in/out: verify reservations, process payments, issue keys.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries on rates, availability, and info.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms ready.
• Handle guest requests like amenities, room changes, wake-up calls.
• Resolve concerns with empathy; escalate when needed.
• Enter and update guest info and reservations in the system.
• Process refunds and adjustments; maintain cash drawer.
• Communicate clearly across shifts for smooth handoffs.
• Promote hotel services and offers to drive repeat business.
• Follow safety, security, confidentiality procedures.
• Maintain clean front desk and lobby; support other tasks.
