The role requires a master’s in social work (CSWE) and a doctorate in social work or related field, with expertise in academic evaluation, APA formatting, and supporting diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation.
• Effective communication with all levels of the University.
• Proficiency in oral presentation, planning, and organizing of course objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally.
• Understands accommodating diverse student needs.
• Supports students to deepen understanding through education.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Attends to at-risk learners per case management protocols.
• Experience with scholarly writing and APA (7th edition) format.

Responsibilities

• Assignments are on an ongoing basis according to expertise and school needs.
• Utilize your professional expertise to provide high-quality instruction from a pre-designed curriculum.
• Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees.
• Be available within 48 hours by phone, email, and courseroom to provide timely feedback.
• Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies.
• Utilize the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience.
• Establish high standards and ensure learners understand evaluation.
• Adhere to University policies and procedures.
• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training as required.
• Participate in other activities based on university needs.
