Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based instruction and behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will monitor and record client behavior data and collaborate with families to promote skill development.

The role is part-time with a fee-for-service arrangement, requiring after-school, evening, and late-evening hours; a valid MA driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred for client transport and home visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 24 months' experience in developmental disabilities settings.
• Or an Associate degree or higher in a related field with 12 months' experience.
• Or certification as an RBT with 12 months' experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans under BCBA direction.
• Collect data on client behavior and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes.
