Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in a part-time, fee-for-service role. The technician will implement behavior support plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA and provide ABA-based instruction to promote skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months of relevant experience.
• Or an associate degree or higher in a related field with 12 months of relevant experience.
• Or RBT certification with 12 months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans under BCBA direction.
• Collect data on client behavior and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families to support meaningful behavior changes.
• Provide ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills.
