Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks a Part Time Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based instruction and support behavior change under the direction of a BCBA. You will collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities include executing behavior support plans, reporting findings to the supervising BCBA, and contributing to a compassionate, evidence-based care environment with flexible summer hours.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED and 24 months of relevant experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field and 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients' behavior support plans to reduce problematic behavior.
• Collect data on client behavior and report findings to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
