Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on a part-time basis across multiple states, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive, mentorship-focused culture.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. Home- and center-based services with regional flexibility are available.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
