Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role in the United States. You’ll join a collaborative clinical team and have options for home-based, center-based, or hybrid schedules, with support for autonomy and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising BTs/RBTs, caregiver coaching, and data-driven progress monitoring. Current BCBA certification and state-specific LABA where required are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• LABA certification where required by state
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
