Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team. We offer flexibility with center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules, and a strong focus on mentorship, professional development, and reduced administrative burden.

The position supports families and children with autism, delivering assessment, treatment planning, and caregiver coaching. Competitive compensation reflects experience and state requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current.
• LABA certification required by state where applicable.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
