Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide center-based, home-based, or hybrid ABA services across multiple states. The role emphasizes supportive leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise junior staff, and monitor outcomes, with strong focus on family coaching and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
