Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring licensed BCBAs to provide home-based and center-based behavioral analysis services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and analyze client data, with strong mentorship and ongoing professional development.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, caregiver coaching, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. Travel is minimized where possible.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required to practice as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field is required.
• LABA certification may be required by state in which you practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
