Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for center-based, in-home, or hybrid roles across multiple states. We prioritize clinical excellence, flexibility, mentorship, and sustainable work-life balance while supporting you with a collaborative clinical team.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, coach caregivers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation for home-based services.
• Comfortable with home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
