Alight Behavioral Therapy seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our compassionate team. This part-time role focuses on individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy, and coordinating with families and care teams.

You'll conduct assessments, implement interventions, track progress with data, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and stay current with best practices in behavior

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• TN licensure (LBA) required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• HIPAA compliant documentation experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
