Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in the West Roxbury, MA area. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, with a schedule that fits your life.

The role includes paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and potential for RBT certification support. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule, paid training, and a $500 sign-on bonus, with compensation $22.00-$27.00 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and kneeling
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned region

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
