Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part‑Time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision in Springfield, MA. The role fits flexible weekday availability and balances other commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service region.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
