Job summary

Community Autism Services is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision in Brockton, MA. This role fits around school, family, or other commitments and emphasizes flexibility with consistent clinical support.

You'll work with children to support skill development and behavior goals using play-based strategies, with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for RBT certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region.
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance.
• No prior ABA experience required – we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
