Community Autism Services (CAS) in Randolph, MA is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings. The role fits students or caregivers seeking flexible, part-time work with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• No prior ABA experience required – we train you.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
