Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians for home and community ABA therapy in New Bedford, MA. You will deliver 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision, support skill development, and align with family goals. Flexible weekday availability and a local caseload help balance life and work.

Paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and potential RBT certification training are included. No prior ABA experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to travel within your assigned service region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
