Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers evening availability in Nashua, NH with a $500 sign-on bonus and paid onboarding.

No prior ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to obtain RBT certification. This flexible part-time position is designed for balance with school, caregiving, or other

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required — we train you

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
