Community Autism Services (CAS) in Wakefield, MA seeks a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. Flexible weekday availability and a schedule that fits student life.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service region.
• No prior ABA experience required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
