Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring Part-Time Behavior Technician positions in Lawrence, MA. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, helping with skill development and behavior goals.

Training and ongoing supervision are provided, with a flexible part-time schedule designed for students and caregivers. The role offers paid onboarding, supervision, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification, with pay range $22.00–$32.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapy activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
