Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision in home and community settings in Chatsworth.

This flexible role suits students and caregivers balancing commitments, with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and potential RBT certification. A $1,000 sign-on is available, and the hourly rate ranges from $20.00 to $26.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned service region.
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance.
• No prior ABA experience required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
