Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. This flexible part-time role offers evening/afternoon hours and paid training to help you confidently implement treatment plans.

You will collect progress data, communicate with families and supervisors, and support families in applying individualized plans. A HS diploma or GED is required, with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience helping children with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• HIPAA and confidentiality awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on applying treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors and maintain clear communication.
