Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, report progress, and support families in implementing individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in home to implement plans by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage children and parents with creative engagement strategies.
• Physical activity to keep pace with children during sessions.
