Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home, one-on-one treatment with children on the autism spectrum. You will work alongside BCBAs to implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and train families on strategies in a home setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities required during sessions with children 2–15 years old.
