Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our growing team in a part-time, fee-for-service role. The technician will implement behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction under supervision, monitor and data-track client behavior, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful changes.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with multiple pathways (associates degree or higher or RBT certification) and 12–24 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older per MA ABA program requirements
• Availability after school, evenings and late evenings
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
• Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction
• Monitor client behavior and collect data; report to supervising BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful behavior changes
