Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician for a part-time role in MA. The technician will implement behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction under the direction of a BCBA, monitor client behavior, and report data for analysis.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families and the supervising BCBA, and ensuring adherence to program goals. The position requires after-school and evening availability, a valid driving license, and reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities or related populations.
• Associates or higher in human, social, or educational services with 12 months related experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor and document client behavior data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family to support meaningful changes in behavior.
