BK Behavior is hiring for Behavior Technician, ABA, and Registered Behavior Technician roles in New Jersey. This position provides one-on-one ABA services with children in clients' homes or community locations.

No experience required and part-time hours with flexible scheduling are available for students and those seeking care-focused work. Join a supportive clinical team focused on empowering children with Autism, recording progress, and collaborating with families to optimize treatment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behaviour.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
