Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking a Behavior Technician in New Jersey (Atlantic Highlands) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support skill-building and implement care plans under supervision, with emphasis on positive behavior and independence.

No prior experience required; many positions start part-time. This role offers an entry point into ABA/psychology and opportunities to advance with training and supervision, including RBT pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with autism.
• Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish (preferred).
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
