Job summary

BK Behavior in New Jersey is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required; part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours are available, and the program supports pursuing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will record session data, support behavior goals, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.
• All positions start part time.
• Encouraged to pursue the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
