ABA 360 is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician in New Jersey to support children with Autism in home and community settings. This entry-level role emphasizes learning and growth within the ABA field, with part-time hours and a focus on building independence for clients.

You will work closely with a clinical team, document progress, and engage families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Spanish skills are a plus, and transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish (preferred).
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and support independence.
• Join the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
