IHA is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our integrated care team in southeast Michigan. The role delivers outpatient mental health services, conducts assessments, and develops evidence-based treatment plans with DSM-5 guidance.

We support part-time to full-time opportunities across multiple southeast Michigan locations, emphasizing collaboration with primary care and specialty providers to improve patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Michigan licenses LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LP/LLP (supervision requirements met for LLP).
• Minimum of two years of psychotherapy experience.
• Experience in outpatient/integrated care settings and PNES training a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams; document in the EHR.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and licensure requirements.
