Job summary

IHA seeks a compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our integrated care team across southeast Michigan locations (Rochester Hills, Canton, Ann Arbor/West Arbor, Chelsea). The role provides outpatient psychotherapy, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with primary care and specialists to support whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, MFT, psychology, or related field.
• Current Michigan licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LP/LLP) per requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of psychotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and DSM-5-based planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams; document in EHR.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and compliant practice.
• Supervise students or interns and participate in PNES training as assigned.
