Job summary

IHA in Michigan is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join a physician-led organization across southeast Michigan locations (Rochester Hills, Canton, Ann Arbor/West Arbor, Chelsea). Roles range from part-time to full-time with flexible schedules to fit your needs.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and maintain compliant documentation within an integrated care model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LP, or LLP (supervision required).
• At least two years of psychotherapy or behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop measurable treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and care teams for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in PNES training and supervise students or interns.
