Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan licenses (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LP, LLP) or equivalent as required.
• Minimum of two years of psychotherapy or behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and formulate measurable treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff and other providers to coordinate patient care within integrated care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with policies and billing requirements.
• Supervise students or interns as assigned and participate in continuing education.
