Qualifications

• Must be a licensed and/or registered Therapist to apply.
• OT degree recognized by AOTA (B.S./M.S./D.O.T./D.O.T.).
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment using modalities while adhering to precautions.
